Complex Case Management

Does HR or the management team believe that some employees consider "FMLA" to stand for the "Friday-Monday Leave Act"?

Do co-workers come to you with social media posts showing the employee who used FMLA yesterday remodeling their house?

Do you have an employee who uses FMLA to leave work early whenever they are assigned to a certain task?

Don't despair! There are actions that an Employer can take to address overuse or apparent misuse of FMLA leave. From one-off cases to systemic problems, BrightStar can help!
